One full year out from my Tommy John Surgery and I can honestly tell you it’s been a long and tough journey. .

I would like to thank Dr, Ahmad for his skilled work, as well as Frank and Fiona (Team Ahmad) for making this entire process as smooth as possible for me. I am getting so much better and stronger thanks to them. My recovery and progress this year, although tough at times, has been steady and extremely positive.

I can finally say that my arm is strong and fully 100%, and that I am ready to go!
